On the login page of customer portal, click on the “Reset Password” link under “Forgot your password? A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Accounts that have not traded for more than 60 days and have a zero balance will be automatically deactivated. If you wish to resume trading, please request an additional account from customer portal.
