Negative Balance Protection

No Loss Greater Than the Account Balance

At Milton Prime, we invest significant time and resources to offer a high-quality trading environment to our clients. We constantly upgrade our trading systems and monitor our execution performance.

Zero-Cut Guarantee

At Milton Prime, we have a zero-cut guarantee to help protect your money as an individual customer. If your account balance becomes negative, we will reset the negative balance for you. Therefore, there will be no loss over the account balance.

The Zero-Cut Guarantee may not be able to close a position at the price you wish when market liquidity is lower than expected, when there is a concentration of orders, or conversely when there are few orders.

In such irregular situations (such as a concentration of market orders), we have a zero-cut guarantee that we will not claim losses in excess of the margin if we are unable to close an established position and the margin becomes negative.

We perform a negative balance reset once per day. If your account balance is still showing a negative balance, please contact customer support for assistance at [email protected].

Execution and Slippage

If you believe a trade was executed with unexpected slippage or unusually slow execution, we encourage you to contact us. We will investigate the circumstances and, where appropriate, make corrections.

Please note that the following conditions may affect execution:

  • Execution during the 60 minutes before and after market open and close may be subject to wider spreads and reduced liquidity.
  • Execution around major index announcements or significant news events may also be affected.

These are normal market conditions and are not considered execution issues.
