If you are unable to log in to your account, there are two main reasons for this

1: The new account is not reflected in the deposit.

Milton has a lock on all new accounts. In order to unlock and log in, your account will need to reflect funds.
2: Your login information is incorrect.
Please double-check the email you received from Milton with your login information.
When copying and pasting your account number and password, please make sure there are no spaces before or after.

Please make sure you have chosen the correct server.
